At MyteandBoo, your personalised items are made especially for you — so returns work a little differently from non-custom orders.

1. Personalised Items

Because your order is custom-made, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong size or colour chosen
  • Forgotten or incorrect personalisation details
  • A customisation error supplied by you

Please carefully review details before placing your order.

2. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives:

  • faulty or damaged
  • misprinted or incorrectly personalised
  • not as described

Then we will:

  • remake the item free of charge, or
  • offer a refund where a remake is not possible

Evidence such as photos may be requested to process your claim.

You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your item.

3. Non-Personalised Items

If we offer any non-personalised products, they can be returned within 28 days of receipt in unused, resellable condition.

A refund will be issued once the item is returned.

4. Return Shipping

For faulty items:

We cover return shipping (or may not require the item to be returned).

For eligible non-personalised items:

You are responsible for return postage costs.
