2. Personalised Products

We specialise in personalised items for the travel industry.
Because personalised products are made uniquely for you, they:

  • cannot be resold
  • cannot be changed once production begins
  • are not eligible for returns or refunds unless faulty (see Section 7)

Please double-check spellings, dates, colour choices and customisation details before placing your order.

3. Ordering

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation.
Your order is accepted once payment is processed and we begin production.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where:

  • personalisation requests breach copyright, contain offensive content, or are inappropriate
  • payment cannot be processed
  • an item is out of stock or incorrectly priced (very rarely)

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise.
Payment must be made in full at checkout via our secure payment partners.
We do not store your full card details.
