How long do orders take?

Most orders are designed, made and dispatched within 72 hours. During particularly busy periods this may vary slightly, but we’ll always keep you updated.

Can you create artwork for any destination?

Absolutely. We can create bespoke artwork for virtually any destination worldwide.

What file format should logos be supplied in?

Please email logos to natasha@myteandboo.com.
SVG or AI vector files are preferred to ensure the best print quality.

Can you print dark logos on black wallets?

Unfortunately not. Black or very dark logos do not show clearly on black wallets. If you would like a black wallet, your logo will need to be supplied in white.

Are your products sustainable?

Yes - our acrylic and wooden products are sustainable and recyclable wherever possible.

Is your packaging eco-friendly?

Yes. We use eco-conscious packaging materials wherever possible to minimise waste.

Do you offer bespoke or branded orders?

Yes - bespoke and branded orders are one of our specialities. We work with businesses, travel companies, events and private clients to create personalised products.
