How long do orders take?

As we’ve grown (and thankfully, got rather busy!), we’ve streamlined the way we work to keep everything moving smoothly.

Artwork takes place on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays, with production, packing and posting on Tuesdays & Thursdays.

We’ll always aim to get your artwork over to you for approval within 24 hours, in line with your order requirements.

Once your artwork is approved, your order will go into production on the next available production day and will then be packed and posted.

We always aim to get orders out as quickly as possible, but during particularly busy periods our turnaround can vary slightly. We’ll always keep you updated if there are any changes.

Can I place an urgent order?

Absolutely! We’re always happy to help where we can.

Urgent orders can sometimes mean shuffling our planned production schedule, which can have a knock-on effect on other orders. If you need to jump the queue, simply select our urgent order option at checkout.

If you have a particularly tight deadline, please get in touch before ordering and we’ll do our best to help.

Can you create artwork for any destination?

Absolutely! 🌍

We can create bespoke artwork for virtually any destination worldwide — from holiday destinations and hotels to cruise ships, resorts and bespoke wedding venues.

Just pop your requirements into the order notes and we’ll take it from there.

In fact, we’ve never had a destination yet that we haven’t been able to turn into a Myte&Boo design!

Where can I see examples of your work?

Our Look Book and social media pages are full of inspiration and examples of previous bespoke designs, destinations and branded products.

If you have something specific in mind but can’t see it, just ask — we’re always happy to chat through ideas.

What file format should logos be supplied in?

Please email logos to natasha@myteandboo.com.

SVG or AI vector files are preferred, as these give us the best quality when preparing your artwork for print or engraving.

Can you print dark logos on black wallets?

Unfortunately, black or very dark logos don’t show clearly on our black wallets.

If you’d like a black wallet, we’ll need your logo supplied in white (or we can discuss an alternative print colour with you).

Do you offer bespoke or branded orders?

Yes, it’s one of the things we love doing!

We work with travel businesses, events, wedding clients and private customers to create personalised products, from individual gifts to larger branded orders.

If you have an idea that you don’t see on the website, please get in touch. Our designs are created in-house and we love a challenge!

Are your products sustainable?

Wherever possible, yes.

Our acrylic and wooden products are made using sustainable and recyclable materials, and we’re continually looking at ways to make our products and processes more environmentally conscious.

Is your packaging eco-friendly?

We made the decision to move away from plastics in our packaging, and wherever possible our products are now packaged using eco-conscious, recyclable or reusable materials, including our branded dust bags.

As we grow, making more responsible choices about the materials and packaging we use is becoming increasingly important to us.

How are my orders posted?

Orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48 on our production days - Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Delivery is generally expected around 48 hours after dispatch, although Royal Mail delivery times can occasionally vary.

How much is delivery?

Orders over £35 - FREE UK delivery

Orders under £35 - £3.95

All orders are carefully packed before being sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
